Stephen Mader

Mr. Mader is an Executive Vice President of Nexera Medical, Inc and is responsible for Worldwide Marketing and Sales. Mr. Mader has over 25 years of significant experience in pharmaceutical business development, marketing and sales administration. During his career, Mr. Mader has held several key management and marketing positions with leading pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations. He was Senior Vice President for Yamanouchi Pharma America, Inc., where he was a member of the senior management team and responsible for building the Yamanouchi commercial business in the United States, including overall marketing and sales, business development and business management. Mr. Mader he was with DuPont Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where he held the position of Director of Worldwide Marketing, as well as other positions with increasing responsibilities throughout a 20-year career. While at DuPont, he was instrumental in increasing sales of a number of leading health care products. He increased the growth of a potent antiretroviral product, making it a leader in its class, and was responsible for increased sales for a cardiovascular product in the New York regional market. More recently, he was Executive Vice President for Logic Healthworks, a consulting firm offering strategic solutions to marketing needs for the pharmaceutical industry, where he was a member of the executive management team that developed overall launch strategies for new products and provided solutions for organizational makeovers. Mr. Mader was Executive Vice President for UroToday.com, the number one global educational website written for urologists by urologists providing the latest information in the field. He also was a 'Leadership Council' winner in both Canada and the United States. Mr. Mader received a B.A. in Sociology and History from Kings College in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
